Healing Haven currently does not process any online payments through this website. Registration is free of charge, and any applicable session fees are communicated and settled directly and separately at the time of booking confirmation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or email so we can accommodate other clients and adjust your therapist's schedule.
Where a fee has already been collected for a session that Healing Haven is unable to provide (e.g. therapist unavailability), a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered. Refund requests for missed sessions due to late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Once an online payment gateway is introduced in a later phase, this Refund Policy will be updated to reflect applicable transaction and refund timelines.
